Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct cold outreach via emails and calls to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Present and communicate the value of our services effectively to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client needs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with client outreach.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.

Compensation

  • Competitive monthly fee with periodic increments.
  • Performance-based commission per project.
  • Annual bonus based on achievements.

This is a part-time, remote position. However, candidates must be available for in-person client meetings when required, primarily in the Jabodetabek area.
