Requirment :
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Bilingual Languages : Excellent proficiency in both English & Bahasa (verbal & written communication).
- Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, IT system optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce, Oracle Netsuite, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance management, including KPI formulation and Balance
- Scorecard methodology.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data visualization tools to support strategic analysis.
- Solid understanding of risk management and compliance in IT system governance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Power Automate and SharePoint for workflow automation and business process improvement.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- High dedication and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data security.
