Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and ensure timely completion of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow), month-end /year-end closing.
- Oversee tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax, filings), audits, and coordination with external consultants.
- Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc reports.
Requirements
- Mandatory Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting.
- Experience: 3–5 years in accounting/finance; knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Preferred: Big 4 experience with a solid understanding of external audits and financial processes.
- Experience in financial consolidation is highly preferred.
