Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and ensure timely completion of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow), month-end /year-end closing.
  • Oversee tax compliance (VAT, corporate income tax, filings), audits, and coordination with external consultants.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Handle special projects and ad-hoc reports.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in accounting/finance; knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Preferred: Big 4 experience with a solid understanding of external audits and financial processes.
  • Experience in financial consolidation is highly preferred.
