Are you ready to be a part of MIFX for the upcoming “big wave”?
What you will do:
- Manage large amounts of tickets and provide services to customers through email and live chat.
- Advise customers on company, product, or service information as needed.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customers' inquiries and complaints efficiently, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Manage all types of customer complaints, feedback, and praise (and escalate them if and when necessary).
- Act as on-brand, positive representatives of MIFX at all times.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree / Postgraduate degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the technology, banking/finance or tech-startup industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively oral and written to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn about the products.
- Having experience/knowledge in forex trading will be an advantage.
- Experienced in using Zendesk for customer support ticket system.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
