Influencer Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Scouting & Acquisition
- Identify and recruit promising digital creators, influencers, and content talent across social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard exclusive talents under Gushcloud’s network.
- Conduct outreach, negotiations, and contract signings with potential talents.
- Stay updated on emerging influencers and digital trends to discover fresh talent.
2. Managing & Growing the Multi-Channel Network (MCN)
- Oversee and expand Gushcloud’s MCN, ensuring talents receive optimal support, growth strategies, and revenue opportunities.
- Optimize YouTube monetization, content performance, and audience engagement for MCN talents.
- Foster strong relationships with talent to ensure their continued engagement and loyalty within the agency.
- Provide insights, workshops, and mentorship to help influencers improve content quality and audience reach.
3. Talent Business & Brand Collaboration Development
- Identify brand partnership opportunities and secure lucrative deals for talents under management.
- Collaborate with the sales and account teams to match talents with the right brand campaigns.
- Guide talents on pricing, brand collaborations, contract negotiations, and content strategies to maximize their commercial potential.
- Ensure talents adhere to campaign deliverables, quality control, and contractual agreements.
4. Industry Networking & Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) and industry partners to enhance talent visibility and earnings.
- Represent Gushcloud at industry events, influencer summits, and networking opportunities to attract and sign top talent.
- Stay informed on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and talent monetization innovations.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 3+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, digital media, or entertainment industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and digital content creation.
- Talent Relations: Proven ability to scout, sign, and manage influencers and digital creators.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong experience in contract negotiations, deal structuring, and talent-brand collaborations.
- Business & Revenue Growth: Ability to develop talent-focused revenue models and maximize commercial opportunities.
- Communication & Relationship-Building: Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong relationships with talents, brands, and internal teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align talent growth strategies with agency business goals.
