- Reporting: Provide detailed payroll reports, including breakdowns of taxes, deductions, benefits, and other relevant payroll data.
- Problem-Solving & Queries: Address payroll-related queries from employees and management and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Technology Integration: Use payroll software and tools to process and manage payroll efficiently across multiple countries.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing, with expertise
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local payroll systems, compliance requirements, tax regulations, and employment laws.
