HR - Organisation Development and Talent Management (Freelancer)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute HR-related projects such as business process mapping, organizational design, process optimization, change management, and talent management.
- Conduct desk-research and benchmark to define the most business fit organisation design and business process for the company.
- Identify issues and opportunity for improvement for the processes within the organisation and re-design the process as deemed necessary
- Develop and execute the end-to-end practical talent management framework. Collaborate with HR teams and key stakeholders to align projects with business objectives.
- Create reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate HR project outcomes effectively.
- Support other HR initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience in HR field (HR improvement projects, OD, or talent management)
- Experience in HR consulting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, basic understanding of business process and organisation design is preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
