As the Brand Marketing Associate at MAKA Motors, you will be the driving force behind our brand's strategic direction, overseeing marketing campaigns, budget allocation, and brand strategy execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand strategy aligns with our overall organizational objectives

Is this you?

  • Has minimum 2 years of experience in roles like brand manager, brand strategist, brand marketing, or related marketing positions, demonstrating adaptability to different industries.
  • Preferably possesses experience in tech companies, digital/brand agencies, automotive, FMCG, or Tobacco companies.
  • Exhibits a strong strategic mindset to develop brand strategies aligning with the company's goals.
  • Proficient in defining and refining a brand's core values, mission, vision, positioning, target audience, and branding elements.
  • Skilled in working with research functions to conduct market research, analyze data related to brand performance and market trends.
  • Capable of managing multiple brand marketing initiatives concurrently, within budget, and staying updated with the latest brand and marketing trends.

What a day at work for you will look like

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and maintain a comprehensive brand strategy document, outlining the brand's core values, mission, vision, positioning, and target audience.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor brand marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, activation, and traditional media, in close coordination with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Define and refine the brand's unique value proposition, establish a compelling brand story that resonates with the target audience, and create a brand strategy guiding all marketing and communication efforts.
  • Drive the success of building MAKA brand awareness and recognition in the target market, ensuring consistent communication of brand values and messaging through marketing materials, and generating engagement and positive sentiment around the brand, while collaborating closely with the Brand & Marketing team.
  • Oversee the creative development process, ensuring alignment with MAKA brand's essence, values, and personality, working with graphic designers, copywriters, and creatives to maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials and adhere to established brand guidelines and standards.
