Summary:
The Head of Capital Advisory Sales APAC is responsible for leading and managing the capital advisory sales team in APAC. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the APAC market and a proven track record of success in corporate and government sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the capital advisory sales team in APAC
- Develop and implement sales strategies for APAC
- Target and acquire new corporate and government clients
- Negotiate and close deals
- Track and report on sales performance
- Manage a team of sales professionals
Requirements:
- No university degree requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate and government sales
- 10+ years of sales experience in APAC
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong understanding of the APAC market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ideal Qualifications:
- Mining & metals sector experience
- Energy sector experience
- Oil & gas industry experience
- Real estate industry experience
- Physical infrastructure sector experience
- Fluency in various languages
Compensation:
The Head of Capital Advisory Sales APAC will be compensated with a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Base salary of US$150,000
- Performance-based bonuses equivalent to 5% revenue share on generated revenue
