• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

• Negotiate and finalize contracts with new partners to secure long-term collaborations.
2. Relationship Management & Growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers and modern trade clients to ensure ongoing
business growth.
• Provide support and guidance to partners to help them optimize sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless onboarding
and continuous partner engagement.
3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and new opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on acquisition progress, partner performance, and market trends.
• Ensure all partners comply with company policies and sales agreements.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partner acquisition (preferably in reseller
and modern trade sectors).
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing reseller networks and modern trade accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive results.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and expand the business.
