Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics:

  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
  • Partner with vendors and brokers to optimize benefits offerings and manage renewals.

Policy and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of benefits programs and policies.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct periodic audits of benefits-related processes and data.

Employee Engagement and Communication:

  • Design and deliver communication strategies to enhance employee understanding and utilization of benefits programs.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops on benefits and HR systems.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, benefits administration, or related roles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs and related compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and systems (Talenta would be advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred:

  • Professional certifications in HR or benefits management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS).
  • Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a plus.
