Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Analytics and Benefits Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize HR strategies while ensuring the effective administration of employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience managing comprehensive benefits plans in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Analytics:
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as employee engagement, turnover, and performance.
- Analyze workforce trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR teams to assess the effectiveness of programs and recommend improvements.
- Provide insights into recruitment, retention, and succession planning through data analysis.
Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and management of employee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement, wellness, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues.
- Partner with vendors and brokers to optimize benefits offerings and manage renewals.
Policy and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of benefits programs and policies.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct periodic audits of benefits-related processes and data.
Employee Engagement and Communication:
- Design and deliver communication strategies to enhance employee understanding and utilization of benefits programs.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops on benefits and HR systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, benefits administration, or related roles.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs and related compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and systems (Talenta would be advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications in HR or benefits management (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS).
- Experience in the fintech or technology industry is a plus.
