Job Description:
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
- Oversee general affairs within the company
- Facilitate management and employee relations by handling claims, complaints, and other issues
- Perform payroll calculations, absence recapitulations, meal allowances, and overtime pay
- Manage administrative tasks related to new employee contracts, asset databases, employee databases, etc.
- Ensure employee order and discipline
- Register and manage employees' BPJS Health & Employment
- Supervise, evaluate, and manage company assets and inventory
- Oversee organizational development, wage structure & scale, compensation, benefits, etc.
- Manage employee performance appraisal systems and conduct training to enhance employee capabilities
