  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Oversee general affairs within the company
  • Facilitate management and employee relations by handling claims, complaints, and other issues
  • Perform payroll calculations, absence recapitulations, meal allowances, and overtime pay
  • Manage administrative tasks related to new employee contracts, asset databases, employee databases, etc.
  • Ensure employee order and discipline
  • Register and manage employees' BPJS Health & Employment
  • Supervise, evaluate, and manage company assets and inventory
  • Oversee organizational development, wage structure & scale, compensation, benefits, etc.
  • Manage employee performance appraisal systems and conduct training to enhance employee capabilities
