Chief Financial Officer - Renewable Energy, Technology, or Fintech Background

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA certification is preferred.
2. Minimum 10–15 years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the renewable energy, technology, or fintech sector.
3. Proven track record in financial strategy, fundraising, and investment management.
4. Strong understanding of industry-specific financial models, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices.
5. Experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate financing strategies.
6. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
