This is a full-time on-site role in Karanganyar for a Sales Specialist at The Farmhill. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily sales activities, customer interactions, conducting training sessions, overseeing sales processes, and sales management duties within the company.

Qualifications

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • B2B especially fresh product experience
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in agricultural sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Marketing, Business Administration or related field
