Chief Financial Officer

PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Chief Financial Officer with the following details:

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is preferred). CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role within the energy sector (oil & gas, renewable energy, power generation, or utilities).
3. Strong background in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, risk management, and compliance.
4. Deep understanding of energy industry financial regulations, market trends, and capital-intensive investments.
5. Proven experience in project financing, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and large-scale infrastructure investments.
6. Strong grasp of renewable energy incentives, carbon credits, and sustainability financing (if applicable).
7. Experience in developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
8. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, energy industry policies, and corporate governance.
9. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, ERP systems, and investment analysis.
10. Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls to support the company’s business objectives.
2. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and risk management for related projects.
3. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure cost control and profitability.
4. Manage capital expenditures, cash flow, and working capital optimization.
5. Secure funding for large-scale energy projects, including liaising with banks, investors, and stakeholders.
6. Manage debt financing, equity investments, and financial structuring for long-term sustainability.
7. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for M&A and joint ventures.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific financial policies.
9. Oversee internal audits, reporting, and corporate governance.
10. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and financial automation.
11. Monitor energy market trends, pricing strategies, and regulatory updates to align financial plans with industry shifts.
12. Serve as the primary financial spokesperson, managing relationships with investors, banks, regulatory agencies, and board members.
13. Present financial reports, strategies, and performance updates to key stakeholders.
