RIEC Overseas Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead student recruitment efforts in SRI LANKA. The ideal candidate should have experience in the education or student visa industry and be confident in driving business development for RIEC OVERSEAS LTD. with over 100 direct tie-ups with government colleges and universities worldwide. This role will involve managing the overall Sri Lankan market and working closely with the regional manager to ensure growth and success in overseas student recruitment.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement market strategies for Indonesia to drive student recruitment.

· Achieve student recruitment targets by leading sales initiatives.

· Build and maintain strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and direct

recruitment channels.

· Leverage RIEC Overseas Ltd.'s global network to create growth opportunities in the Indonesian market.

· Provide insights and feedback to enhance recruitment offerings and strategies.

· Manage regional operations, reporting directly to the regional manager and ensuring the achievement of

recruitment targets.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree.

· 2-3 years of experience in business development with a focus on the education industry or student visa industry

in Sri Lanka.

· Confidence in managing business development for RIEC Overseas Ltd. with over 100 global tie-ups with

government colleges and universities.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

· Experience and Confidence in Agent Onboarding.

· Ability to meet and exceed intake-based targets.
