About the Role
Korn Ferry are partnering with a global SAAS company to hire a results driven Account Manager.
We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Jakarta. This role is responsible for driving new business development and managing client relationships within a designated geographical territory. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales Leadership, Business Development teams, and internal stakeholders to maximize growth opportunities through strategic planning, lead generation, and client success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory by generating and closing qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound leads and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, ensuring tailored sales solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and pitches to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Engineers, Product Solution Specialists, and Marketing, to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM, tracking prospecting activities, forecasting, quoting, and account metrics.
- Stay informed about market trends, growth opportunities, and policy changes within the industry to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen network connections.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to handle objections effectively and close deals.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
