Requirements:
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Accounting, or related field
- Has experience as HR Admin for 1-2 years in any Industry
- Able to communicate in English both orally and written (active)
- Strong in Administrations skills such as Ms Office
- Attention to detail person
- Willing to work in our HQ, in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining physical and digital records for all employees, which includes print, scan, and file HR documents, but not limited to employment contracts and employees' personal documents.
- Schedule and prepare forms/letters for medical check-up and/or antigen test for new employees.
- Schedule job interviews and set up invitation email to candidates.
- Input and manage employees' database in HRIS.
- Manage recruitment and rejected candidate reports.
- Assist in internal or external events arrangements, such as company dinner, team
- building, etc.
- Support all of the administrative tasks.
- Be a team player and help all HR tasks required.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
