Requirements:

  1. Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Accounting, or related field
  2. Has experience as HR Admin for 1-2 years in any Industry
  3. Able to communicate in English both orally and written (active)
  4. Strong in Administrations skills such as Ms Office
  5. Attention to detail person
  6. Willing to work in our HQ, in Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining physical and digital records for all employees, which includes print, scan, and file HR documents, but not limited to employment contracts and employees' personal documents.
  2. Schedule and prepare forms/letters for medical check-up and/or antigen test for new employees.
  3. Schedule job interviews and set up invitation email to candidates.
  4. Input and manage employees' database in HRIS.
  5. Manage recruitment and rejected candidate reports.
  6. Assist in internal or external events arrangements, such as company dinner, team
  7. building, etc.
  8. Support all of the administrative tasks.
  9. Be a team player and help all HR tasks required.
  10. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
