We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor / Night Receptionist to join our passionate team at Hidden Hills Villas, a family-owned boutique luxury villa resort in Bali, Indonesia, and a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, affiliated with Hilton.

THE ROLE
As a Night Auditor / Night Receptionist, you will play an essential role in maintaining smooth overnight operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and handling key administrative tasks. This is a role for someone who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment, has an eye for detail, and enjoys connecting with guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and assist guests with late-night check-ins, inquiries, or requests to ensure a flawless experience.
- Perform nightly audits to reconcile accounts, process invoices, and prepare end-of-day financial reports.
- Ensure accurate updates to reservations and guest records.
- Maintain property security by conducting regular checks and addressing any safety concerns.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure a seamless handover and continuity of service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality or administrative role, preferably within the luxury hotel industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in basic accounting or hotel management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A warm, approachable personality with a genuine passion for guest service.
