Job Description:
- Analyze issues, processes, system capabilities or business scenarios and work closely with GBS Softex Lead and the relevant GBS APAC/GBS Softex operation leaders and other stakeholders as needed, to determine the correct solution, ensure the solutions meet business needs and carried out in accordance with global compliance standards
- To become point of contact/ counterparts of project team to coordinate and manage implementation of SAP within GBS Softex area, including Fit Gap Analysis, Blueprint and support on SAP Implementation.
- Working closely with the relevant GBS Softex operation leaders to understand and gather operation requirements.
- As and when required, performs UAT on the business solutions, implementation, monitoring, and provision of post-implementation support
- Participate in Global / Regional or local Softex projects impacting these relevant operations, including requirements gathering, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation support.
- Provide ongoing support and expertise in day to day operations, including some troubleshooting and issues resolutions.
- Keep up to date and maintain the high quality of training documentation, supporting respective GBS Softex operation leaders to update the relevant SOP in a timely manner.
- Deliver solid knowledge training, updates, and briefings to the team to ensure full understanding of process and procedures after each project/enhancement carried out.
- Timely update the project status to manager and highlights any key impact on the operations
- Attend or conduct regular team meetings (with respective GBS Softex operation leaders) to understand the concerns and operational issues from the respective team and provide suggestions to improve or close the gaps to achieve overall KPI targets.
Requirements:
- At least 7-8 years working experience of which at least 3 years’ experience in people or process management will be added advantage
- Four Year under-graduate degree in a professional subject – mandatory, Finance/Accounting is preferred
- Fluent in English, and local regional language (Bahasa) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Lean or Green Belt Six Sigma certification with project experience OR experience in process optimization and delivery of service improvement initiatives would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of business, finance, operation and supply chain concepts
- Good presentation and project management skills
- Team player, self-motivated
- Customer Focus and the ability to build a relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Stakeholder management skill and ability to drive changes
- IFS or SAP system knowledge. Having experience on SAP implementation would be an advantage
- Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera, Tangerang
