Responsibilities :
- Manage & verify the authenticity & coverage eligibility of cashless hospitalization claims, from receiving the claim to disturbing payments to healthcare providers via TPA
- Maintain accurate records of all claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Liaise with hospitals, healthcare providers, and TPA to facilitate smooth claim processing
- Address inquiries and concerns from policyholders regarding their claims, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of cashless claim processing
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree, major : Medical degree
- Min. 3 years handling cashless claim
- Having experience at Life/Health Insurance Industry or experience in managing Claims TPA
- Preferably has pass LOMA 280
- Trustworthy, Accountability, Service oriented to clients & Cross-functional departments, Teamwork
