High Five is partnering with a Website Development & Design Agency based in Singapore to identify a talented Sales Development Representative.

We are looking for a motivated, data-driven Sales Development Representative with expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io to drive outbound sales and lead generation. You’ll identify, engage, and nurture high-potential prospects through strategic outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using these tools, personalizing messages, and analyzing data to offer insights for our client's GTM strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io to identify and segment high-quality leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICP).
  • Research and build prospect lists by industry, company size, job title, and engagement levels.
  • Extract and enrich contact information (emails, phone numbers, etc.) for personalized outreach.

Outbound Sales & Engagement

  • Develop and execute multi-touch outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Craft compelling cold outreach messages (LinkedIn InMails, connection requests, and emails) that drive responses.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up strategy to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Leverage automation and personalization tools to scale outreach efficiently.

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities inApollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRMs.
  • Track key engagement metrics (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, subject lines, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound marketing, B2B lead generation, or sales development.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io (mandatory).
  • Fluent in English (both writing and communication skill)
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, lead qualification, and CRM best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills for personalized outreach.
  • Ability to analyze data, track key metrics, and optimize outbound campaigns.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Mindchimp, Reply.io, Lemlist, HubSpot, Salesloft) is a plus.
  • Experience with Canvas/Figma is a plus
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
