Center Manager of NLEC Serpong

About NLEC

We are a trusted multinational company based in Japan.

Our goal is to provide high quality Japanese Learning Programs for Indonesian people. Our mission is to help Indonesian to achieve their Japanese dreams through Education.

In 2013, we started our very first step at Bandung. Then 2018, we opened our center at Jakarta. And 2025, we expanded to our newest center at Serpong.

As a Center Manager, you are responsible for center daily operational, center staff, customer and center performance. Your primary responsibility is to lead the center team’s revenue generation efforts, both from acquiring new customers and retaining existing students. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the center and managing the team effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ year work experience with exposure in managerial or people development position in fast-paced growth environment. Had independently handled overall management.
  • Have proven track record in team leadership and management, proven track record on lead team.
  • Strong, Result driven, have strong sales background, have proven record on achieving sales, and/or service target.
  • Understand market for Japanese business education (Japanese Course or Japanese Language School at Japan) in South Tangerang and surrounding.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and strong problem solving skill
  • Self-motivated and performed working under pressure as the process of our achiveing goals.
  • Understanding of Japanese culture and language (proficiency in Japanese is a plus).

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing

  • Create and execute marketing plans (online of offline to promote NLEC to customers and leads collection to converted as sales).
  • Set marketing and center budget to run business profitable and efficient.
  • Foster relationships with local communities, companies and educational institutions (schools or universities).
  • Responsible to lead team sales achievement
  • Familiar with Social Media advertising, Above The Line Marketing.
  • Promote the center's activities through various marketing and outreach efforts and able to approach educational institutions at Serpong and surrounding.

Operational

  • Responsible to lead team to daily operational, tasks and coordinate with Sensei, staff to deliver high-quality services to customers.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, and reporting.
  • Recruit new staffs and training for Sales and Marketing staff.
