Job Purpose

We are seeking a passionate, eager to learn, and agile person to drive several related functions, External Affair, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs. You should be able to work effectively in cross-disciplinary teams and adapt to a fast-changing business environment. Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure products, processes, and claims comply with relevant regulations.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, assess their impact, and ensure compliance.
  • Ensuring UEI Quality Assurance (HC Upro and PC B2B), include but not limited to ICQA, FPA,
  • Collaborating with ULI QA team if required
  • Maintain an effective Change Management system to ensure business changes are effectively managed.
  • Investigate quality issues (Non-conformances) and failures, lead Critical Event Processes, and apply Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence. Ensure that improvements to products and procedures can be identified and fixed.
  • Monitor & manage critical consumer complaints. In case of marketplace issues or incident-related product safety/quality. Ensure actions are in place and Learnings shared with the business
  • Handling and growing PC B2B business across functions

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in relevant field
  • Apothecary license would be an advantage
  • Background and experience in import operation is preferred
  • Experience and expertise in local regulations/legislations
  • Fully operational in interpreting complex regulations

Skill

  • Highly self-motivated with a track record of effective collaboration.
  • Working knowledge in advocacy and negotiation skills;
  • Capable to pro-actively engage with and manage stakeholders
  • Attention to details, very-well organised, and logical/systematic thinking
  • Ability to liaise with other functions internally and with Authorities externally
