Responsibilities:

As a Senior-Level Client Account Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing the sales pursuit process, from opportunity identification to deal closure. You will leverage your expertise in Sales Pursuit Management to develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales pursuit process, from opportunity identification to deal closure.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, solution architects, and pricing teams, to develop winning proposals.

  • Leverage expertise in Sales Pursuit Management to provide guidance and support to junior team members


  • Qualification and Requirements:


  • Enterprise sales and business development experience, preferably in the Telco industry, with at least 15 years’ experience

  • Extensive knowledge when it comes to Telco industry – how it operates, the trend and challenges for the industry

  • Experience in selling or delivering large scale cost transformation projects

  • Demonstrated results of originating complex deals to closure

  • Track record in problem solving and translating requirements into compelling business value propositions

  • Able to establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders

  • Cross-functional collaborations, navigating internal resources to meet client’s needs

  • Able to work under a fast-paced environment

  • Adaptable to frequent changes

  • Leadership qualities to guide client teams and influence outcomes at a strategic level
