Account Manager (AM) - On-Site
Responsibilities:
- Oversee project execution and coordination.
- Manage client communications and relationships.
- Work closely with customers to ensure successful implementation.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in Account Management, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, or Client Success.
- Background in FMCG or retail industry preferred.
- Junior to mid-level experience (not too senior).
- Proactive, customer-facing approach (must engage directly with clients).
- Knowledge in B2B sales, SaaS tech, AI SaaS is a plus.
- Sales engineers with end-to-end sales experience are also considered.
- Language: Fluent in local language & English (Mandarin is a plus).
