Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. This role requires expertise in documenting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, managing project-related documentation, and creating stakeholder-friendly reports. The ideal candidate is experienced in using Confluence for project documentation and can effectively communicate complex technical information in a clear and structured manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to SDLC projects, including but not limited to Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Migration Plans, and User Manuals.
  • Utilize Confluence for organizing and managing project documentation efficiently.
  • Create and update technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare project status updates and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure technical content is accurate and up to date.
  • Standardize documentation formats and continuously improve documentation processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in software development environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and documentation standards.
  • Proficiency in Confluence for project documentation and collaboration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
  • Experience in preparing project update presentations for stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
