Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement and relationship-building activities with B2B clients in the realm of Product Data Privacy & Data Analytics, etc.

- Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, to drive new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize business impact.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in Product Data, and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in B2B business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Preferably from the IT industry/FSI/Retail Industry.
- Strong understanding of Product Data Privacy & Data Analytics landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Good in persuading, convincing, influencing, or impressing others in order to get them to support a specific agenda, make a specific type of impression, or take a specific course of action.
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
- Competitive and aggressive sales nature
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and drive collective success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely.
