Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Sales Executive at Balancia Ship Agency. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the maritime industry, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of ship agency services and the ability to drive sales growth through strategic planning and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within a ship agency company

• Strong knowledge of port operations and ship agency services

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
