- Design and oversee learning & development programs, including training, mentoring, and coaching initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Assess organizational talent gaps and create tailored development programs to improve workforce performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to ensure competency frameworks and career progression plans are effectively implemented.
- Manage and optimize learning platforms and HR technology, ensuring efficient tracking of employee progress and development.
- Monitor and analyze key talent metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development, fostering innovation and professional growth within the organization.
