- Lead creative output from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables for product campaigns and making critical decisions on the quality of ideas.
- Develops and create the creative concept that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Pitches and presents ideas to clients.

- An excellent portfolio showcasing art direction and design work.
- Great communication skills: written, verbal, and visual, with the ability to justify your concepts and design choices.
- Strong understanding of creative principles, including design, photography, videography, editing, typography, layout composition, and color theory, ensuring top-tier quality across all visual and digital content.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills: Understanding, analyzing and working through a challenge to completion.
- Deep understanding of all major Social Media platforms (dimensions, consumer behavior, theme overhauls, etc.)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
- A perfectionist at heart with attention to detail
- Ability to work hybrid at HeadQOARter (Surabaya/Jakarta) and travel when needed."
