Key Responsibilities
Key Account Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement key account management strategies for modern trade (MT), and distributor channels, with a focus on long-term relationships and sales growth.
- Identify new market opportunities and leverage consumer insights to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create effective marketing and promotional programs for key accounts.
- Flawless execution of availability and visibility across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the execution of strategies for MT channels, ensuring optimal execution of joint business plans with key accounts.
- Manage and coordinate with national and regional distributors to enhance product positioning and develop actionable plans to achieve sales targets, fostering mutual growth and strong partnerships.
- Establish and achieve sales targets through effective key account management, ensuring sustained revenue growth and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and corrective measures as needed.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to deliver outstanding results.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and execution.
- Manage negotiations and contracts with strategic accounts, ensuring agreements that are profitable and aligned with long-term company goals.
- Leverage market data and analytics to evaluate sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and refine strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to assess performance and adjust strategies based on industry trends and market needs.
- Manage trading terms within budget.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong experience in MT channel, and distributor management.
- Proven track record in driving significant sales growth through strategic key account management and channel distribution.
- Comprehensive understanding of FMCG sales approaches, including joint business planning, trade marketing, and route-to-market strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
