As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Campaign:
  • Take the initiative to lead a campaign by creating a plan, executing, and monitoring real-time performance metrics during the campaign period.
  • Monitor Live Streaming performance, and deliver the registration rate of all mechanisms.
  • Budget & Subsidy Management:
  • Monitor campaign budget & subsidy allocation during campaign period.
  • Make sure of the efficient allocation of the Live Stream budget during the campaigns.
  • Flash Sale Management:
  • Register, curate & ensure Flash sale products are compliant with company policies.
  • Regularly update the product pool to align with campaign themes and objectives.
  • Monitor flash sale registration rates and provide performance reports.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of Platform Campaign & Flash Sale management.
  • Assist with troubleshooting any campaign / flash sale related issues.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Actively enrolled university student.
  • Have previous working experience in e-commerce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace – these tools are essential for managing listings, tracking data, and collaborating across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail – needed for ensuring accurate price uploads, and campaign nominations.
  • Good communication skills – to coordinate effectively with other teams (Business Growth, Business Development, IMC, design & any other stakeholders).
  • Proactive problem-solving approach – to address issues promptly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic data analysis – the familiarity with excel formula and interpreting data trends would help in creating insightful reports.
  • Understanding of digital marketing or merchandising – an understanding of e-commerce promotions, campaigns, or merchandising strategies would be an asset.
