About The Role
This role will be part of the legal and compliance team and will be responsible to assist the Litigation team for litigation needs.

About The Role
This role will be part of the legal and compliance team and will be responsible to assist the Litigation team for litigation needs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring Litigation documents
- Preparing the administrative needs of the Litigation Team
- Assist in conducting Warning Letters or Response Letter related to Litigation matters
- Assist in filing and monitoring the Litigation Projects database
- Support the Litigation team for Hearings and LAPS document needs
- Active undergraduate law student (7th or 8th semester) or recent graduate with a law degree;
- Familiar with business law, commercial law, criminal and civil procedure law with good legal search and legal writing skills;
- Familiarity with the financial sectors;
- Good public, speaking and communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English skills are a plus;
- Strong academic reports and work experience are a plus
