Audience Performance Specialist

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Performance Audience Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Creation & Optimization
- Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for customer acquisition.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for key performance metrics (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing to enhance ad performance and conversion rates.
- Leverage performance tools to monitor and track campaign performance and ensure accurate data collection.
Event Funnel Creation & Management
- Design, implement, and optimize the app and website event funnels to guide prospects through awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure accurate tracking of user interactions through tools such as Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Track and analyze app and website events to measure user behavior and conversion paths within the website and apps.
Audience Segmentation & Targeting
- Develop and maintain customer personas and target audience segments.
- Use audience segmentation and lookalike audience strategies in both Google Ads and Meta Ads to maximize the impact of campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze performance data across campaigns to identify trends, optimize strategies, and present actionable insights.
- Generate and communicate campaign performance reports to key stakeholders.
Collaboration with IT & Design Teams
- Work with the IT team to implement necessary tracking codes, event triggers, and pixels for accurate campaign tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for user engagement and conversions.
- Orchestrate event flow and triggers for website users.
Budget Management & Resource Allocation
- Manage digital ad budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
- Adjust campaign spending based on performance metrics, ensuring cost-efficient lead generation.
Users Retention
- Build audience retention strategy utilizing channels (Google Ads, Meta, email, push notifications) and other initiatives.
- Efficiently strategize CAC usage while executing audience retention strategy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance digital marketing
- Proven experience in managing event-driven marketing funnels and campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Ads (search, display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Familiarity with basic coding or tracking tools for implementing ad pixels and tags.
- Basic HTML understanding for basic troubleshooting and collaboration with development teams.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and their application in digital marketing.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and marketing funnel design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and using insights to drive improvements in campaign performance.
- Ability to work with reporting tools like Google Data Studio, Excel, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to new challenges and technologies.
