Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business & Talent Specialist located in Denpasar. The Business & Talent Specialist will be responsible for :

  • Actively participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and engaging with top talent.
  • Maintain and manage candidate databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Assess candidates' skills, career aspirations, and preferences to match them with suitable job opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients and explore new business opportunities within recruitment and sponsorship.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, client demands, and competitor activities.
  • Address client concerns and provide tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Promote and sell recruitment services to candidates by highlighting career benefits and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a sales-driven or service-oriented industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Strong goal orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with clients and candidates.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
