Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and build rapport with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector
- Provide product training and ongoing support to healthcare professionals
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with the Product Specialist and Clinical team to drive business growth
- Participate in sales leadership activities, contributing to strategic planning and business development initiatives
Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on Spine products.
- Strong understanding of spine-related products and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals
- Broad network of healthcare professionals and experience in building relationships within hospitals and clinics.
- In-depth knowledge of the spine market and business landscape in Indonesia.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
