  • Supervise, set objectives for the HRGA team and track progress.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the HR field.
  • Proficient in using HRIS Talenta for payroll, attendance management, and employee database.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
  • Thorough, diligent, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, result-driven start-up or digital agency environment.
  • Experience in the Fashion brand industry is a plus.
