Responsibilities
- Supervise, set objectives for the HRGA team and track progress.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Handle general affairs (organize asset buying and supervise).
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Initiate & take charge in the entire recruitment and on-boarding process improvement.
- Initiate & take charge in compensation and benefits plans improvement.

- Problem solving and coordinating with leader in each department in managing the people aspect of the business.
- Creating and compiling monthly employee performance reports
- Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts, and making payroll reports
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in the HR field.
- Proficient in using HRIS Talenta for payroll, attendance management, and employee database.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Thorough, diligent, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, result-driven start-up or digital agency environment.
- Experience in the Fashion brand industry is a plus.
