Position Summary
Perform, control and monitor the activities for maintenance of Flight Simulator Training Devices and their components in accordance with approved standard and procedures of the company and the relevant aviation authorities.
Key Accountability
- Plan ,control and monitor operating cost in simulator operation section and ensure is within the targeted budget.
- Ensure to deliver the required level of Simulator serviceability to meet Flight Crew Training requirement.
- Control ,monitor and ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance are carried out timely and as per approved standard and procedures.
- Organize and control manpower of maintenance staff to avoid any interruption to simulator operations.
- Plan and evaluate training requirement of simulator engineers and technicians to enhance their technical skill and knowledge
- A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or Electro- Mechanical Engineering
- At least 10-15 years experience in maintenance & operations of the Flight Simulation Training Devices.
- In-depth knowledge in the maintenance of Flight Simulation Training Devices.
- Knowledge on Aircraft system.
- Technical knowledge in Electrical/Electronics and electromechanical.
- Good leadership quality
