Position : Customer Success Specialist

Location : Jakarta

Role Summary & Responsibility : will be responsible for managing customer experience, relationships, and satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey. This role spans across Deal Management and Order to Cash, ensuring end-to-end customer support from contract setup to payment.

  • Managing contracts, bids tenders, and pricing.
  • Providing customer support from order placement to payment processing.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving disputes efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, including data privacy and trade regulations.
  • Building strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and long-term partnerships.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in customer service or operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service ethic with the ability to understand, meet, and advocate for customer needs while adhering to company policies
  • Good communication in English.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
