- Providing customer support from order placement to payment processing.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving disputes efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, including data privacy and trade regulations.
- Building strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in customer service or operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
- Strong customer service ethic with the ability to understand, meet, and advocate for customer needs while adhering to company policies
- Good communication in English.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
