About the Role :
Carrying out employee competency development according to the focus of each field and the division of business unit responsibilities to ensure the availability of competent employees according to the company's business needs.
Responsibility :
- Create appropriate and effective training/learning modules/materials (including e-learning needs) according to the company's competencies and needs so that development can run effectively according to company goals.
- Implement the training process according to the design of the material and curriculum that has been determined to improve employee capabilities according to company standards.
- Manage the training process/other development processes (including preparation of facilities and infrastructure, monitoring development activities outside of in-class, team building activities and other activities) so that the development process can run smoothly and effectively according to the set targets.
- Conduct employee capability evaluations according to the provisions (especially related to functional competencies) to ensure employee capabilities are in accordance with the standards set by the company.
- Prepare the implementation of employee development programs (LDP, IDP, SMDP), to ensure the availability of reliable and skilled human resources who will be promoted to the next level.
- Arrange the special training process (vocational trainee) for new employees recruited by the company to be given direction and insight into the company's profile and business units.
- Conduct self-development and improve knowledge according to the relevant field on an ongoing basis, so that the quality of training materials is updated according to the current situation.
Requirement :
- Bachelor degree, psychology.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
- Knowledge & Skill : Training Need Analysis, Training & Development, Training Delivery & Evaluation, Competency Management, Career Management.
- Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama, West Jakarta
