Epilog is looking for an HR Specialist who understands how to build and manage a strong team, ensuring smooth HR operations through well-structured policies and compliance. This role will be responsible for maintaining a healthy work environment, handling employee relations, and ensuring HR processes align with company needs and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Management: Maintain a positive work culture, address employee concerns, and support career development.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and best practices.
- Recruitment & Hiring: Handle job postings, interviews, and onboarding to bring in the right talent.
- Employee Relations & Retention: Implement strategies to improve employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction.
- Performance & Attendance Management: Track performance, manage feedback cycles, and handle disciplinary procedures.
- Training & Development: Organize learning programs to help employees grow within the company.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate records, contracts, and ensure smooth HR operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years in HR, preferably in employee management and compliance.
- Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in employee relations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Preferred: Experience in creative, marketing, or agency environments is a plus.
