Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the quality and timely delivery of client projects by effectively managing team resources and workflows.
  • Lead and manage cyber security team and projects, ensuring high-quality delivery of services.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cybersecurity team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and career development.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, building trusted relationships, and delivering tailored cybersecurity solutions aligned with their business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, frameworks, and technologies to enhance internal capabilities and client offerings.

Job Qualification:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Penetration Testing and Red Team Operations, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Proven experience managing both people and complex projects in the cybersecurity field.
  • OSCP certification is mandatory. Additional certifications such as OSCE, OSEP, OSWE, CREST CRT/CCT, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical issues to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and grow high-performing teams, including mentoring and developing technical talent.
  • Client-focused mindset with strong relationship management and consulting skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning, threat hunting, and offensive security innovation.
