About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, who excels at creative selling and has a keen eye for customer needs in the digital advertising industry particularly influencer marketing. You’re a business development professional who follows the latest trends in sales, marketing, and technology.
As StyleDoubler’s Business Development Manager you will thrive on building relationships and engaging new clients and business opportunities. You will be responsible for new client acquisition, relationship management, and customer retention.

What you'll do:
- Discover and secure new advertising clients and business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with the business development, in-house marketing team, customer success, product, executives, social media team, to ensure the client's success in KOL marketing campaigns
Who you'll be:
- 4+ years of professional experience in sales, customer acquisition and key account management and in managerial roles
- Strong grasp of sales fundamentals including but not limited to, drafting presentations, building lead lists, and securing business deals with clients
- Demonstrated ability to secure and manage large B2B clients / key accounts
- You have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bahasa, allowing you to successfully influence, and communicate complex information clearly to your colleagues and to clients through marketing material
- A strategic thinker who can deliver from plan through to execution and executing simultaneous projects
- High emotional intelligence and empathy
- A natural team player, with a strong track record of cross-functional leadership and partnership
- A self-starter with tenacity for results, execution and delivery
- Ex-agency experience preferred
- Knowledgeable of Influencer Marketing
- Worked with direct brands and agencies and have solid network with both parties
