ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

E-COMMERCE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

  • Build P&L, budget, forecast for the e-commerce platforms
  • Decides commercial campaign plan in accordance with retail and brand strategy and following local seasonality
  • Prepares and presents eCommerce business reviews
  • Provides business recommendations to develop business based on data analysis
  • Maintains Benchmark with market and competitors in digital spaces

E-MARKETING AND ANALYTICS

  • Monitor, reports and benchmarks eCommerce KPI on a daily basis
  • Optimize traffic acquisition, sales, conversion
  • Manage enablers
  • Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the traffic
  • Defines and execute CPAS strategy
  • Develop affiliate marketing programs

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Have prior experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years’ experience). Experience within digital marketing is a plus.
  • Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
  • Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
