ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
E-COMMERCE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
- Build P&L, budget, forecast for the e-commerce platforms
- Decides commercial campaign plan in accordance with retail and brand strategy and following local seasonality
- Prepares and presents eCommerce business reviews
- Provides business recommendations to develop business based on data analysis
- Maintains Benchmark with market and competitors in digital spaces
E-MARKETING AND ANALYTICS
- Monitor, reports and benchmarks eCommerce KPI on a daily basis
- Optimize traffic acquisition, sales, conversion
- Manage enablers
- Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the traffic
- Defines and execute CPAS strategy
- Develop affiliate marketing programs
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Have prior experience in a similar role (minimum 5 years’ experience). Experience within digital marketing is a plus.
- Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Possess a solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
- Have a self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
- You are a creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
