3. Conduct regular team meetings and field visits to provide support, give feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
4. Oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring that the team is productive, engaged, and achieving their targets in their assigned territories.
5. Plan and coordinate field activities, such as product demonstrations, customer engagements, and promotions, in line with overall business goals.
6. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for field teams, such as sales targets, customer engagement, and lead generation metrics.
7. Collect and analyze sales data from the field, preparing reports for senior management on the performance of field teams, market trends, and customer feedback.
Identify areas for improvement in field operations, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales efficiency.
8. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, training, product development, and customer service to align field activities with overall business objectives.
9. Ensure that all field operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
