Senior Sales Marketing Manager will report to General Manager

  • Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve performance in both sales and marketing functions.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales and marketing team to achieve objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to refine strategies and improve sales performance.
