Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants
- Develop job postings and manage job boards in all our social media
- Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, to promote the company
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably experienced on handling various position such as Finance & Accounting, Sales, and Brand & Marketing position.
- Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitasks and prioritize effectively
- Willing to fully WFO at West Jakarta, Indonesia
