Financial Planning Analyst
Corporate Financial Planning Analyst will report to Corporate Financial Planning Analyst Manager
Corporate Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and business growth, ensuring alignment with the company’s pillars of Conservation, Research, Education, and Recreation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic financial plans for Taman Safari Indonesia Group.
- Analyze financial performance metrics, monitor variances, and provide insights to optimize financial efficiency.
- Develop financial models, reports, and presentations to support senior management in decision-making.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct cost and revenue analysis to evaluate business operations and investment opportunities.
- Support feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects and expansion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial planning and reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial planning software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
