Job Description
- Develop sales strategy, plan and execution guideline in sales. Implement and evaluate monthly and full year commercial sales programs
- Acquire and grow long-term partnership with customers by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives
- Manage and build strong relationship with customers from distributors, wholesalers to retailers stores and giving them analytical insights and logical understanding
- Acquire new distributions partners mostly non-vape channels such as horeca chain, local and national modern trade, and Foom Store partners.
- Articulating and executing “go-to-market” strategies and make sure the strategy is executed smoothly
- Prepare monthly volume forecast and plans and report the weekly and monthly sales growth achievements
- Influence customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. Including develop product ranging, shelving, pricing and promotion strategies, based on research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behaviour.
- Lead regional office expansion and develop high performance sales team.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or master degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field
- At least 10 years of sales experience (Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Business Development) skills in the Consumer Goods or Cigarette Industry; Tech Start-up industry is an asset but not a requirement
- Having experience in managing B2B commercial sales
- Good speaking & written command of the English language
- Have a strong analytical and organisational skills also a great problem solver
- Experience with building and leading a sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
